My name is Nydya Sabreen McQuiller I am the AERIAL FITNESS Instructor/Owner of HypnotQ Island pronounced Hyp-not-iK…spelled uniquely lol
I instruct various “elevated” activities (In More Ways Than 1)… VERTICAL BARRE {Pole} / LYRA {Hoop} / SILKS {and additional Circus Artistry} that will motivate, empower, and strengthen ANY individual, ANY age {*10yrs+}, and ANY gender/identification.
Since childhood, I have been extremely involved in arts & entertainment. I’ve always been very intrigued with aerial artistry and as I grew older (& wiser) and found my “purpose”, I streamlined into the Health / Wellness & Fitness aspect of what I enjoy doing the most… FITNESS, ART, & ENTERTAINMENT!
Because I desire to help others relax, get fit, and be comfortable in their own skin, I decided to utilize my talents (dancing and TALKING lol) to encourage & EMPOWER individuals to “just be THEMSELVES”. Being the free-spirited (& God-faithful) woman that I am, I was inspired to create MY own version of an “island” where we could be “free” to be ourselves, “free” from judgment of others, and “free” to embrace ourselves once again, WITH NO JUDGMENT! On The Island, we have FUN FITNESS at the same time! It is OK to flow & train however you desire! The VERTICAL BARRE {Pole} is not for the sole purpose exotic entertainment…IT IS FITNESS and IT IS FUN! SO, try it! In addition to all of that fun, there’s still a wellness & spirituality that is not dismissed. The Island’s essence is of empowerment and building confidence in everyday life. “We are BEAUTIFUL…and on The Island, GODDESS vibes ONLY!!”
