The C-Class is available in three body styles with powerful engine options, great gas mileage and a very smooth ride. It also has a wonderfully appointed interior, plenty of technology and comfortable seating for all passengers.
The C300 comes standard with a 255hp turbo charged four cylinder engine, with plenty of power for taking off from a stop or moving on the highway. It has a standard nine speed transmission and is available is 4Matic (All Wheel Drive). The AMG C43 has a 385hp twin turbo charged V6 and the C63 has a 469hp, twin turbo charged V8 and the C63S has a 503hp. The C43 also is available in 4Matic All Wheel Drive.
C-Class Interior and Cargo Space
The C-Class has 12.6 cubic feet of trunk space, more than enough for a road trip. It seats 5 adults very comfortably. The C-Class coupe and cabriolet models seat 4.
Worried about car seats, Don’t. The C-Class has two complete sets of LATCH connectors for rear seats and sedan models have a tether anchor for the rear middle seat. The IIHS gave this their highest rating.
The quality of the interior just shouts class and the materials used are first rate.
C-Class Infotainment, Bluetooth and Navigation
The large display is easy to see and it’s very simple to fond the programs and the menus.
The infotainment system boasts a 10.25 inch display, Android Auto, Apple Car Play, a Wi-Fi hot spot, Bluetooth, USB Ports and a five speaker stereo system. You can upgrade to a 13 speaker Burmester surround stereo along with wireless device charging among other upgrades.
C-Class Safety
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration gave the C-Class an overall five star rating and IIHS gave its highest rating to the C-Class ‘NUFF Said. The IIHS has also rated the C-Class Superior (its highest rating) for its standard and optional vehicle to vehicle front crash prevention systems.
The safety features include pedestrian detection, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, driver drowsiness monitoring, blind spot monitoring, and so much more. No one matches Mercedes-Benz when it comes to safety.
The 2021 C-Class is a great vehicle by any measurement. It has everything you would want or expect from a Mercedes, powerful, wonderful technology and best of all it’s a Mercedes.
