Holt’s Siding and Replacement Windows, a true family owned and operated business since 1986. Originally a vinyl siding business only we operated as Holt’s Vinyl Siding. A few years after I established the business with my father, after retiring at 51 years old, he came to work with me. He again retired recently but over the years has been an asset to the business. I started to work in this field as a siding installer in 1985. Previously, like many in the construction business, I started as a “nail driver” on a house framing crew. After a few months of installing vinyl siding and soffits, I became the supervisor of the installation crew that I worked with. I made the decision to start my own business in June 1986. As the years passed, I have expanded my services to include energy efficient windows, seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts, shutters, entrance doors, as well as patio and French Doors.

The backbone of any business is the employees. Regardless how qualified and knowledgeable the business owner is he can’t be successful on their own, especially not in the construction business. At Holt’s I take pride in the knowledge, workmanship and overall character of our installation crews. We do background checks, and those along with their daily routine of being on time and giving an honest day’s work. I am not only proud of them but I have complete confidence in them also.
