Co/op Community table + Bar is a new restaurant developed by two amazing chefs, Chef Marc Taft and local Chef Luke Hawke. Atlanta based Chef Marc Taft is award winning and his expertise is a staple of southeast. Taft’s and Hawke’s creativity to bringing sustainable dishes and local ingredients to the focal point of a menu that Huntsville can enjoy.

Marc Taft’s (pictured) innovation and concept has brought a great concept to Huntsville’s food scene that promotes a brand of community and southern hospitality.
Our restaurant highlights using local farms and features a bar with craft cocktails with a fantastic wine list. Vineyards from all over the world are incorporated and highlighted on our wine list.
Located downtown Huntsville inside the Embassy Suites sits CO/OP Community table + bar bringing a concept of elevated southern cuisine to the city. Striving in sustainability and bringing the freshness of local markets to the table, CO/OP’s company message is “Dedicated to a tradition of openness, social responsibility and caring for others: Serving seasonal and sustainable fare.”
Offering a beautiful dining space with a spacious bar, while also having a huge patio that overlooks Big Spring park, CO/OP Community table + bar has lunch, brunch and dinner services that will leave anyone satisfied and wanting more. Excited about spring knocking on the door, which means delicious new produce that will be included on our spring menu that will be coming out soon.
Lunch is served daily Monday through Friday from 11am-3pm. Lunch highlights local purveyors as Allen Benton’s Farm, Springer Mountain Farms, and Tate Farms as staples in providing high quality products. What about brunch? CO/OP has an amazing brunch menu that is served on Saturday and Sunday from 10am-3pm, featuring White Lily biscuits, Conecuh bacon and finishing with Espresso martinis. Dinner service is nightly from 5pm-10pm with the bar having extended hours, from New England Scallops to Niman Ranch to bring our customers the freshness and quality to satisfy any palate.

Live music is an added feature of ambiance on Friday and Saturday nights from 6pm-9pm. Dave McConnell, Noel Webster, and many more artists are featured as entertainment weekly.
Private events are available with our private dining room that seats up to 24+ people. The ambiance and service CO/OP provides is great for wedding receptions, birthday parties, or private events.
