We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym
We Rock the Spectrum Kid’s Gym Huntsville (WRTSHSV) just finished its 1st quarter of being open in the Owens Cross Roads/ Hampton Cove area. The franchise We Rock the Spectrum Kid’s Gym was founded to provide a place for children of all ability levels to play and grow together. As the only kid’s gym that offers an inclusive philosophy, they have found all children can benefit from our uniquely designed sensory equipment that is specifically designed to aid children with sensory processing disorders.
WRTSHSV realizes that all children are able to benefit greatly from this equipment and by allowing children of all ability levels to play together they are able to learn a great deal from each other and become the best motivation for success on every level. Since, being open WRTSHSV has been able to provide a safe haven for children not only a place for kids to play but also to place where kids make new friends. It’s common at WRTSHSV to see parent’s meeting other parents and having social outing with their kids in the gym.
One of the major hits at WRTSHSV has been birthday parties, seeing children of all backgrounds come together and enjoy themselves, and for kids to walk into our facility for the first time, with the biggest smiles on their face has provided a lot of enjoyment for owners, Vanessa and Joaquin Tucker. Families have truly enjoyed the ability to book private birthday events. A lot of clients are impressed at how clean the facility is and how welcoming the staff is at WRTSHSV and how they present themselves. In fact, most kids when it is time leave, don’t want to leave the facility whether the kids are here for open play, birthday party, community events, our drop off program, parents’ night out, and/or after school care.
Recently, WRTSHSV purchased a bus, in order to transport kids in the Hampton Cove and Goldsmith Schiffman school districts to their facility for after school kid care. Our after-school care program still has a couple of vacancy for the remainder of the school year; but, WRTSHSV has already started taking applications for the Fall 2023!!!
WRTSHSV is planning the following community events: Valentine Party, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter Egg Hunt, Exotic Cars Show, Parents Night Out, and many more events. Also, WRTSHSV is gearing up for Spring Break camp and a full summer camp.
WRTSHSV are looking for more volunteers (high school and college students) to help out with our Spring & Summer Camps. The unique program about volunteering with We Rock the Spectrum is that the volunteers are able to gain experience in childcare services which can be used for volunteer hours and We Rock the Spectrum will work on Letter of Recommendation for students.
