Later this summer, HarborChase will be rolling out a variety of brand-new dining venues for residents and their loved ones to explore and discover. At the community’s own daily bistro, Counter-Offer, residents will discover a variety of local favorites including both breakfast and lunch options in addition to gourmet Grab and Go sandwiches and salads. Furthermore, the Counter-Offer carries snacks, assorted cold beverages and specialty coffees and teas.
The Fusion Bar & Lounge will offer a variety of local craft beers, an extensive wine list, and a broad range of top-shelf spirits. Fusion also features daily signature drinks that accentuate the relaxed, yet refined atmosphere. Residents also enjoy a daily menu of appetizers and small plates.
Inside the brand-new Signatures restaurant, guests will discover the perfect combination of casual dining, excellent service and ambiance. Residents and guests will enjoy menus developed and created by award-winning chefs, featuring a focus on seasonal and regionalized cuisine. Guests will also have the opportunity to witness the community’s chefs prepare specialty items in-person at an exhibition kitchen, located adjacent to the dining room.
For a fine dining experience, The Grill Room will offer a reservation-only restaurant, enhanced through elevated service, a formal setting and exceptional menus. Much like a traditional fine dining steakhouse, guests will discover a variety of steaks, chops and seafood items in addition to seasonal produce and innovative side dishes. The menu also incorporates suggested wine pairings.
