What makes you proud to sell Mercedes Benz?
The luxury, the quality and the latest cutting edge safety technology. I was on a trip to Germany and we stopped in Stuttgart, the headquarters of Mercedes Benz. Seeing the Mercedes Benz logo in the distance was very powerful to me. It almost seems surreal to me. When a client is driving a Mercedes Benz, they know they are getting the very best that the auto industry has to offer.
Which Mercedes is your favorite?
When I first started I thought that a convertible was for me. During training I previewed an E-300 and fell in love with it. It was named Motor Trend’s Car of The Year. It does everything that the driver could possibly imagine and more.
What is your approach to working with clients?
To me each client is like making a new friend. It’s very important that I build a connection with them. I have to get to know them and for them to know me. I have to understand what they are looking for in a vehicle. Even though it’s been said that Mercedes Benz sells itself, it’s very important that they have “stars in their eyes when they are driving their Mercedes.
What would you like the readers of South Huntsville Neighbors to know about you?
It’s really all about making a positive impact on people’s lives. I love to learn about people and making new friends. As a sales consultant at Mercedes Benz of Huntsville, I have a wonderful opportunity to bring joy into people’s lives.
