Fall forward? That’s correct! Not fall back or spring forward, but fall forward. By that, we mean we are all moving forward this fall and looking forward to oodles of possibilities! This includes return to travel; and our team continues to stay busy, working with our clients on fulfilling their future vacation wishes.
Of course, health and safety will be at the forefront. Many new travel procedures that have been put in place during and post pandemic will likely remain in the immediate future. This is not a bad thing. While traveling post-Covid, the more self-sufficient you can be the better. The more you carry with you, and the less you need to be handed while you are traveling (especially in flight), the better. In addition to the usual, a few more suggested items to pack in your carry on:
- Mask or multiple masks
- Antibacterial wash
- Hand wipes
- Disposable gloves, multiple
- Your own personal headphones
- Your own personal blanket or sweater
- Your own personal water bottle
- Travel size first aid kit
- Glasses or face shield. Even if you do not wear glasses, and if you do not have a face shield, purchase a very inexpensive pair of large clear glasses to provide extra protection for your eyes.
